Gmail for Android supports multiple accounts. Not only you can add your Gmail accounts, but you can also add your email accounts from different services such as Yahoo and Outlook.
Is it necessary to have more than one email accounts?
As mentioned earlier, having multiple email accounts is a norm in today’s age. You can use your email accounts for different purposes. You should not use the same email account for business and personal errands. You should not also use your main email account to register to online tools, online services or social media platforms.
Taking apart of emails for different purposes can benefit you a lot. Your life will be more organized. Most importantly, you don’t need to provide your very personal information (your main email account) to register to social media platforms or online tools.
How to add multiple Gmail accounts on Gmail for Android
As mentioned, Gmail for Android supports other email services other than Gmail. If you have a Yahoo or Outlook account, you can add it as well. To add a new email account, tap the profile icon on the top-right corner and select Add another account.

Select an email service you want to add and you will be asked to login with your account. Simply login with your account to continue.

Once your new email account is successfully added, you can re-tap the profile icon on the top-right corner to make a switch from one account to another.
How to remove an existing email account
If you added too many email accounts on your Gmail for Android and want to remove some of them, tap the profile icon on the top-right corner once again and select Manage accounts on this device.

Select the account you want to remove from by tapping it and tap the REMOVE ACCOUNT button.
