Select a video you want to download by clicking it and you will be taken to a detailed window about the concerned video, which also contains download options. Simply decide your choice and click the download button. If you want to download the audio only, you can select one of the options on the right section (Audio Download).

You can see the download progress by clicking the download icon on the window bar of AnyTrans.

Once the download progress is done, you can click the transfer button to transfer the downloaded video to your Android device.

On your computer, you can find the downloaded videos on the Downloads folder of your account.
