Most email client apps have a feature to allow you to create signatures. eM Client is no exception. This post will show you how to create signatures in eM Client, a desktop-based app email client for Windows and macOS.
When creating a new signature in eM Client, you are provided an editor in which you can elements such as text, image, symbol, and so on. You can also use email signature software like MySignature to create a professional-look email signature more easily.
To start creating a new email signature in eM Client click the menu and select Tools -> Settings.

The Settings window will open. Next, open the Mail block and select Templates and Signature. On the Signatures section, click the Signatures button.

Click the Add Signature button to create a new signature.

Give your signature a name and add the content. Click the OK button once you are done creating the signature.

How to use and manage an existing email signature
eM Client allows you to add multiple email accounts, be it from the same email service or accounts from different email services so you can also add multiple email signature as well. You can repeat the steps to add another email signature. To use an existing signature, open the Settings window. Open the Mail block and select Templates and Signature. On the Signatures section, select an account you want to use an email signature for and select an email signature for a new email, replies, and forwards. Click the OK button to apply the changes.

If you have too many email signatures and want to delete an existing signature, click the Signatures button on the Signatures section.

Select an email signature you want to delete and click the trash icon. If you want to edit it, you can click the gear icon.
